Simmer in 1 cup water with 1 chicken bouillon cube and 1/4 tsp. salt for about 1 hour.

Combine in saucepan: 1/2 C. brown sugar with 2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
Add:
pineapple juice 1/4 C. vinegar 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. salt
Cook and stir until bubbly. Add sauce to pork and mix well.
Stir in:
Pinepple and 1 med. green pepper cut into strips
Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
I was not sure about boiling the pork, but it was actually pretty good. My husband said "better than a restaurant!!"
